REMINDER- Please ensure your online paperwork is completed prior to arriving to ensure a quick check-in process. If your forms are not complete upon your arrival, it will take away from your service time.
NO SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is especially reserved for you.
We kindly ask that you please let us know if you need to cancel at least 24 hours prior, so that we can make your time slot available to other clients. NO SHOWS will be charge 100% of the service. Our system flags if you have no shows on file, we will need a non refundable PRIOR payment for any service if you want to book with us again.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things happen and life gets busy.
However, in the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24 hours of your appointment time), you will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee is charged depending on your service (50% of service cost).
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (SAME DAY)
Same day cancellations will have to pay 80% of the service. We know life happens, but
LATE ARRIVALS
Kindly note, we reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. If you happen to be running more than 10-15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your full service; in this case we'll offer you a shorter service time or the option to reschedule to make sure we're not running late for our other clients who have booked in for a specific time.
