We do have a 24 hour cancelation policy, and ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment. Those who do not provide 24 hours notice of a cancelation or change may be subject to a cancelation fee.
We do ask that all new clients arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their service to fill out paperwork. Returning clients do not have to fill out paperwork for each visit, updated paperwork will only be required if any of your information or medical history has changed.
Yes! Massage and facials benefit people of all ages. Those under the age of 18 must have their paperwork filled out and signed by their parent or legal guardian, as well as a minor consent form. Children ages 15 and younger must be accompanied by their parent or legal garden while in service in addition to their paperwork being filled out by their parent or guardian.
We do require a card on file to hold all appointments we book. Your card will not be charged at the time of scheduling. It can be used for contactless payment at check out or to cover any cancelation fees that you may receive if you cancel within our 24 hour window. All credit card information is stored in encrypted information and is protected and confidential.
We do not discriminate against clients and service people of all ages, races, genders, and ethnicities. We do ask that all clients respect their service providers as we would do the same for our clients. We do ask that you do not come in for a service intoxicated or under the influence of anything, as for your safety we would have to decline service to you.
